01. Membership Structure

NCHCC membership tiers are designed to reflect the stage of growth, operational scale, and strategic engagement of participating organizations and professionals.

Membership categories are structured to support businesses at different stages of development—from emerging companies preparing for growth to established corporations seeking strategic visibility and leadership engagement.

Revenue ranges and company profiles associated with each tier are provided as general guidance to help organizations select the membership category that best aligns with their current stage of growth and strategic objectives.

The Chamber reserves the right to review membership applications and recommend or assign the most appropriate membership tier in order to maintain the integrity and balance of the membership framework.

02. Membership Term and Renewal

Membership with the North Carolina Hispanic Chamber of Commerce operates on an annual basis.

To ensure continuity of services and uninterrupted access to member benefits, memberships renew automatically at the conclusion of each annual term unless cancellation is requested prior to the renewal date.

Members will receive advance communication regarding upcoming renewals. Requests to cancel or modify membership status must be submitted prior to the renewal date in order to prevent the renewal invoice from being issued.

03. Access to Programs and Partner Initiatives

Membership provides access to a variety of Chamber-led programs, partner initiatives, educational resources, networking opportunities, and strategic business connections.

The Chamber frequently collaborates with regional, national, and international organizations to facilitate opportunities that support business development, leadership advancement, and economic growth.

Membership grants eligibility to participate in these initiatives; however, participation may be subject to program-specific requirements established by partner organizations.

04. Program Participation Costs

While the Chamber provides access, introductions, coordination, and strategic guidance related to various programs and initiatives, participation in certain activities may involve additional costs determined by the organizing entity.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, expenses related to program participation—including but not limited to event registration fees, travel, lodging, per diem, exhibition participation, consulting program fees, or similar costs—are the responsibility of the participating member.

05. Program Availability and Modifications

The Chamber continually develops new programming and partnerships to support its mission of advancing business leadership and economic opportunity.

Programs, benefits, and participation opportunities may evolve throughout the year as partnerships develop, schedules change, or new initiatives are introduced.

The Chamber reserves the right to adjust programming, event schedules, or benefit offerings in order to ensure the sustainability and continued growth of services available to members.

Membership provides access to available opportunities but does not guarantee participation in any specific program, event, or partner initiative.

06. Member Conduct and Engagement

Members of the Chamber are expected to uphold professional standards and engage constructively within the Chamber’s business ecosystem.

Participation in Chamber programs and events should reflect the values of professionalism, collaboration, and mutual respect that support the advancement of the broader business community.

The Chamber reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in circumstances where conduct is inconsistent with these principles.

07. Policy Updates

The North Carolina Hispanic Chamber of Commerce may periodically update these policies to reflect evolving programs, partnerships, or operational considerations.

Any material changes will be communicated to members through official Chamber communications.
